We use the information we collect to provide fitness statistics, workout guidance, recommendations, and notifications. We also use the information to create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services.
You may opt to grant In With Fit access to location information ("Location Information") to receive localized statistics. This feature may requires access to your device’s current location, even when the Application is not currently running. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your device’s approximate location. Your Location Information will be used to request and display localized statistics and notifications. Location Information is uploaded to our servers. Your Location Information may also be used to facilitate, measure, or otherwise support advertising by third-parties.
In With Fit offers you the ability to add a sponsor. You may choose to participate in a sponsor program by adding a sponsor. By participating in a sponsor program offered on behalf of a third-party, such as an employer, you understand and agree that some of your information may be made available to that third-party for the purpose of monitoring the sponsor program and its effectiveness.
In With Fit uses third-party services for authentication purposes, subscription management, and Application sale and distribution. These services may collect, process, and store information about you, including but not limited to your IP address and Location Information. These authentication services include: Google and Facebook. Please refer to the privacy policies of these third-party data processors for information regarding their data practices.
We may use the information described in this Privacy Policy to help make our advertising more relevant to you or to measure its effectiveness. Your Location Information may also be used to personalize or otherwise support advertising by third-parties.
In With Fit may automatically collect anonymous information regarding your interaction with, and use of, In With Fit. Anonymous information that we may collect includes, but is not limited to, device identifier and hardware information, IP address, system type, and other information about your interactions with the Application. We use this information to operate and improve our Application and customer support. We do not share this anonymous personal information with third-parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish In With Fit’s functionality. We may share anonymous, aggregate statistics with outside parties, such as how many people use a particular feature in In With Fit. Anonymous, aggregated data is considered non-personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

For example Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider ("ISP"), referring and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We do not knowingly collect or maintain information on our servers from children under the age of 13. In With Fit is designed for users over the age of 13; no part of the Application is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13 and we do not target our Application to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use or submit any data through the Application. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never use the Application or submit any data through the Application without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided data to us, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our servers.
By using In With Fit and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information in the United States and any other country. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and any other country.
